Instructions & FAQ
This site will be rich and interesting if community members such as yourself use it to announce and publicize events. We soon will post detailed instructions on how to go about this.
For now, here’ s how to participate:
☀ Register (at the top of the left-hand sidebar). Tell us if you represent one of the societies or institutes, and we will authorize you to add content without waiting for approval.
☀ Submit an announcement using the form on the Submit an Announcement page. (These will be screened by a human being before they are published).
☀ Check your institute’s Google Calendar (links are to the right) and make sure all public events are current. Find out who is taking care of the Google Calendar in your institute and offer to help. This person is probably the one listed on the Masthead
☀ Contact us to tell us of links and features you’d like to see. We could make a space for articles or commentary if we have volunteers to write.
☀ Spread the word about this site. Encourage other societies to join in. Link from your institute’s web site.
